Even though we believe you will be satisfied and delighted with your order, for any unsatisfactory experience, kindly contact us at the below-mentioned details and we will promptly replace the item or initiate a refund for the same as store credit.
How to Return an Item
Kindly return the items within 15 days of purchase. To return an item, you may raise a return request against your order ID by writing to us at – email@example.com
On receipt of your refund request, our customer care team will reply/call you back within 24hrs to update you on the assessment from our end.
Shipping the product back to our facility has to be arranged by the customer with the following details-
- Reason for return
- AWB No. (Courier tracking number)
- Attach images of the damaged product received
- Send it to the below-mentioned address-

The purchase price plus shipping charges will be credited to your account as store credit on receipt of the product at our facility. If you happen to receive a defective/damaged product, you can raise a replacement request by sending us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to attach a picture of the product received so that we can evaluate its condition. Products acknowledged as ‘damaged’ or ‘defective’ will be collected by us. Once we receive the item at our facility, we will verify its condition and initiate the process of refund or replacement accordingly.
