Store your tea in an Air tight
container away from any strong odour and moisture. Water used for brewing should be freshly drawn. Ensure that the
water is soft, is free from suspended particles, chlorine, and has no odour causing
compound. Used filter water if possible.v Take one level tea
spoon of pure Darjeeling tea in each cup. v Water should be
boiled to 100˚C. Do not over boil. Do not boil the tea leaves in water. v Pour
water immediately after bringing it to desired boiling point. v For
Tea bags – infuse it for 2-3 minutes.v For Loose teas –
brew it 3-4 minutes.v A perfect cup of Darjeeling tea is ready. Darjeeling tea tastes best without milk or cream but with a dash
of sugar or honey.
