
We at Teamoods want you to be 100% satisfied with all the items you ordered. Please be rest assured that we have taken ample care to pack our product that you have chosen. Teamoods uses reputed courier companies to deliver the consignment and also updates you on the shipment with consignment tracking features. We will gladly accept any claims on item(s) that was purchased within 7 days of receipt that you do not wish to keep. Unfortunately we cannot re-import the product(s) back to our destination, so on receipt of your claim (which would need you to fill the Claim Form), our customer care team shall assess and refund your charge or send you the goods absolutely free of cost!!

Please note that the Claim Form must be signed by the original purchaser and all the fields in the claim for are mandatory. Relevant pictures may be required along with the claim in order for us to assess the situation from our end. Please follow the thorough instructions. On receipt of your claim, our customer care team will reply/call back within 24hrs to update you on the assessment from our end. We will either refund your charge or send you the items ordered without any additional cost or hassles at your end. Please visit your account page and indicate the items you wish to return to us and also fill in and send us the Claim form respectively. PLEASE NOTE: If you would raise a claim for product(s) for any other reason other than damage or company error, we will gladly assist you with "store credit" for these items On receipt of your claim, our customer care team will reply/call back within 24 hrs to update you on the assessment from our end. When do disposal fees/ restocking fees apply? We at Teamoods.com do not charge our customers any disposal or re-stocking fee(s). Issues on courier service ? Please note that as a general trade practice all courier companies try to make 3 delivery attempts after which they will notify Teamoods.com and the customer. We would also request all customers to fill in all relevant address details during the checkout process.Please note that the customer may have to pay extra charges if the courier company agrees to deliver to remote locations which the customer may not have intentionally /mistakenly notified. Please also note that because of regulatory complications all non-delivererd packages have to be destroyed in accordance with the courier company/country specific customs regulations, and moreover the shipping charges will have to be incurred by Teamoods.com
