Return Policy

We at Teamoods want you to be 100% satisfied with all the items you ordered.

Please be rest assured that we have taken ample care to pack our product that you have chosen. Teamoods uses reputed courier companies to deliver the consignment and also updates you on the shipment with consignment tracking features. We will gladly accept any claims on item(s) that was purchased within 7 days of receipt that you do not wish to keep. Unfortunately we cannot re-import the product(s) back to our destination, so on receipt of your claim (which would need you to fill the Claim Form). Click here for the Claim Form (PDF Format).

Please note that the Claim Form must be signed by the original purchaser and all the fields in the claim for are mandatory. Relevant pictures may be required along with the claim in order for us to assess the situation from our end. Please follow the instructions. On receipt of your claim, our customer care team will reply/call you back within 24hrs to update you on the assessment from our end. Usually we would send you the items ordered at our cost but unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of shipping. Please visit your account page and indicate the items you wish to return to us.

PLEASE NOTE: If you would raise a claim for product(s) for any other reason other than damage or company error, we will gladly assist you with a refund or "store credit" for these items less a 50% disposal fee. No refund will be made for shipping charges.

When do disposal fees/ restocking fees apply?

A disposal fee of 50% applies to shipments that have been opened, tried, and returned due to customer's dislike of the product. Since the product is no longer usable for resale, and moreover cannot be imported back to our country of product origin the fee covers a small percentage of the company's loss on the process.

A restocking fee of 100% applies to packages that have been marked as returned because an incorrect address was provided or in the rare instances when all three delivery attempts are unsuccessful and that the customer after due notification from Teamoods and the courier company has not picked up or notified any of the concerns regarding pickup/delivery.

Please note that the customer may have to pay extra charges if the courier company agrees to deliver to remote locations which the customer may not have intentionally /mistakenly notified. The fee is assessed to cover the shipping charges we accrue when the courier company returns your order to Teamoods Account. Please also note that because of regulatory complications all packages have to be destroyed in accordance with the courier company regulations, and moreover the shipping charges will have to be incurred by Teamoods.
