To place an order, simply add all desired items to your shopping cart. To place any of the items in a shopping cart, simply click on its price on its individual product page under "add to cart." You may change quantities by entering a desired number and hitting the 'recalculate' button. To remove an item, simply set its quantity to zero. Once complete, please hit the 'checkout' button.

The entry point for your gift-certificate is found on the very first check-out page, where you are given an option of using a gift-certificate or credit card. Please select 'gift-certificate' and our system will automatically subtract its amount from your purchase. And allow you to place any amount remaining on a credit card of your choice. We unfortunately may not do this retroactively, so please follow these instructions thoroughly and email us if there are still problems before completing your order!
You can order by Phone, and we will send you an electronic invoice that you can pay online. At this moment we do not accept any mode of payment other than our secured online payment. Wire Transfer payments is accepted only for Teamoods or Premier's Distributors.
1. Order : To complete an order, our visitors must share with us contact information (name, e-mail, billing and shipping address) This information is used to create an account to process and ship your orders.
2. Newsletter : We invite visitors to subscribe to our newsletter, and ask for e-mail contact information to assist in its distribution. All customers receive updates of new issues automatically. 3. Surveys : From time-to-time our site requests information from users by way of surveys. For example, our 'e-mail us' form has survey information. Participation in these surveys is always voluntary and the visitor therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. 4. Feedback : We invite our customers to submit reviews of the products they have purchased earlier. This information is then displays on our site in the Testimonials section to help other visitors' shopping experience. These submissions are always voluntary, and the only personal information requested is customer's name.
5. Tell-A-Friend : We invite our customers to mail friends. This is meant to encourage a visit to our store. To facilitate this, we ask for the name and e-mail address of the recipient. This information is not traded or shared with any third parties.
6. Special Offers Our customers will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our customers we present the option to not receive these types of communications. We usually send the confirmation within 24 hrs of the confirmed order. We also send shipping notification emails -- these are automatically sent as soon as the order is send out from our unit to your destination along with the order tracking number. Sometimes international shippers are fast and sometimes painfully slow . The unfortunate part is that there is not much that we can do... they do provide tracking info. Should the items prove to be misplaced or lost, we'll happily mail a replacement. Please drop us a note if they fail to arrive after 2 weeks.

Please email us with your order number, and we'll gladly contact the shipper to arrange a Driver Follow-up. This means that the driver who made the original delivery will revisit your home, and help in the location of this package. Many times, the package is left in a place that may not be overly apparent to prevent it 'walking away.' Either way, the driver/courier company will help you locate it.

Tea never really goes "bad," just loses some flavor. Tea is best kept fresh by putting in a dark and dry, sealed in a closed container until using (and, after opened, kept as close to sealed as possible). This should keep the tea fresh up to one year (a little less for green and white teas). We do not recommend putting in the freezer, in that it will add moisture to the tea leaves, greatly reducing the flavor.
We do not sell empty tins, as these were very prone to damage in transit. Many would arrived dented, and the cost of mailing replacements soon grew prohibitively high.
