Tea bushes below the age of three years are carefully selected for plucking these individual tea leaves by specialised pluckers from the clonal sections of the Tea Garden. After the withering process, the leaves are manually sorted, carefully hand rolled very lightly under the best hygienic conditions to initiate the fermentation process with utmost care to ensure smooth & mellow flavour.
